How can I find my Mimic GO™ when I lose it?

There is a ring option in the Smart Mimic App, you can use it to make the alarm ring on command which will make it very easy to locate!

How long is Mimic GO™'s battery life?

Mimic GO™ has 3 months of battery life on a single charge. It’s necessary to charge the Mimic GO™ for 3 hours for it to be fully charged. While the battery life can go up to 6 months with only the use of scenarios such as door scenarios and motion detection scenarios, the use of light and alarm features can further reduce the battery life down to less than 3 months.

Do I need a "data plan" to use Mimic GO™?

Mimic GO™ uses top networks such as LoRa to keep you safe and secure, without ever having to pay for data or internet use.

What colors does Mimic GO™ come in?

Currently, Mimic GO™ only comes in red.

What is the range of my Mimic GO™?

Mimic GO™ has a dual communication protocol. The device can communicate with your phone via Bluetooth within a range of 400 ft. When your Bluetooth is turned off or your Mimic GO™ is out of Bluetooth range, Mimic GO™ uses the other communication protocol, the Mimic-Fi. If you have LoRaWAN coverage in your area, Mimic GO™ can connect to the internet at a distance of up to 5 miles to send you notifications or enable you to control it remotely.

Which devices are compatible with Mimic GO™ currently?

For iOS, we support iPhone 6 and newer devices which are currently working on iOS 13 and newer versions. For Android, Android 6 and higher versions are compatible!

How many Mimic GO™'s can I add to my device?

For iOS devices you can add as many as you would like!

For Android devices you can add at least 7 Mimic GO™’s without any issues, this number increases with newer versions. Please contact our support team to get informed of the safe number of devices you can add to your Android device.

Is there a constant light mode available?

Mimic GO™’s light can be turned on whenever you want and stay on for a long time. Mimic GO™ can be used as a nightlight, a colorful light, a warning light, etc.

Is Mimic GO™ waterproof?

Mimic GO™ is water and dust resistant!

How durable is Mimic GO™?

As Mimic GO™ was designed for outdoor use it is highly durable to falls and hits. The circuit is sealed from dust and water which makes it dust and water resistant.

How can I get more hugs for my Mimic GO™?

You can wash your hugs to get more use out of them but in the event of lost hugs or if you simply need more, you can contact our support team to learn more.

Is there a warranty?

Smart Mimic does offer a one-year warranty which means you can return your order within one-year after delivery if there is a functional failure or a material fault in manufacture or workmanship. The order must be returned to Smart Mimic accompanied by the original invoice. For further detail, you can check the warranty section.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds need to be applied for within 30 days of the delivery date, Smart Mimic will exchange the device or provide a full refund by the original form of payment.
