Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
A Mimic GO order is eligible for a refund if you’ve had it less than 30 days, and the order is returned in good condition with the original packaging. You will need to contact us prior to returning the order to receive the proper return instructions. Please note that partial returns are not eligible for a refund. (Example: If you ordered 4 Mimic GO’s, you must return all 4 Mimic GO’s to receive a refund.)
Note: Smart Mimic can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.smartmimic.com If you purchased Mimic GO through another party (such as Amazon.com) please contact them for refund instructions.
Returns in the U.S.A.
If you are a U.S.A. resident you can return the package to the following address; please be advised that we can only process your return if you have contacted us before via email on firstname.lastname@example.org/mimic-go/. Please provide the, by support provided, RMA number your package.
